A Virus Too Small to See

A virus is too small to see,

But everywhere we see COVID-19,

In hospitals we write the news

We publish it in magazines

We share our views

On billboards, on the web, TVs

No, the virus is not too small to see.

Is anything too small to see?

What about one man seeking shelter from the rain,

Unable now to sleep on the train,

What about the father laid off from work this week,

Unable to pay the bills, too worried to sleep,

What about Mrs. Nancy, in hospice, alone, crying,

Unable to hold her husband’s hand... dying
